  • We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Product Information, Quality & Food Disclaimers

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, varieties, and grades of our dry fruits and nuts (e.g., Makhana, Cashews, Chilean Walnuts, California/Iranian Pistachios, Anjeer, Almonds) accurately. However, because these are natural agricultural products, slight variations in size, color, texture, and taste may occur.

  • Allergen Notice: Our products include or may be processed in facilities handling tree nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. If you have known nut or food allergies, please review packaging details carefully before consumption.

  • Storage & Shelf Life: Dry fruits and nuts are perishable. Customers are advised to store items in an airtight container in a cool, dry place (or refrigerate where indicated) away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve freshness.

3. Pricing, Orders & Acceptance

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery or handling charges, if any, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email/SMS does not signify final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to:

    • Product unavailability or stock-outs.

    • Pricing or typographical errors on the website.

    • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions.

  • In case of order cancellation initiated by us after payment processing, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Payments

  • We accept standard payment methods through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and authorized digital wallets).

  • We do not store your complete card or banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across serviceable pin codes in India through reputed logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet all stated timelines, delivery delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, regional holidays, or force majeure events are beyond our direct control.

  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and pin code provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, food safety, and the perishable nature of edible food items:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled only prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Items:

    • If your package arrives unsealed, damaged, tampered with, or contains incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sakettradersco@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8142398498.

    • Please provide clear photos/videos of the package and outer label to help us investigate.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.

7. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws:

  • Saket Trading Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform or the improper storage and handling of food products after delivery.

  • Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific order under dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, orders, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
